This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy" or "this Policy") applies to the pk3s platform, accessible at pk3s.cam (hereinafter referred to as "pk3s", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). pk3s is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, payment card numbers, CNIC numbers or passport information through the pk3s Platform itself. Any KYC documentation required by a third-party Operator is collected and processed by that Operator on their own platform and under their own privacy policy.

• To analyse how the Platform is used in aggregate, anonymised form in order to improve content, navigation and user experience;

References to Pakistani payment providers on the pk3s Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made purely for informational and contextual purposes. pk3s does not share your Personal Data with any of these providers.

The pk3s Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide and improve the Platform experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit the Platform. Cookies are widely used to make websites function correctly and to provide usage information to site operators.

The categories of cookies we use are as follows:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. Without these, services you have requested — such as account login and security features — cannot be provided. These cookies do not require your consent.
