These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk3s platform, website and associated services operated under the domain pk3s.cam (hereinafter referred to as "pk3s", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our").

pk3s is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides educational content, informational guides, responsible gambling resources and general entertainment content relating to online casino games, sports betting markets and associated topics. pk3s does not directly operate a casino, sportsbook or any gambling service. All gaming activity, account registration, deposits, withdrawals and wagering occur on the respective operator's own platform, subject to that operator's own terms and conditions.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pk3s Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you are of legal age to access gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to comply with all provisions set out herein. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform in accordance with the registration requirements set out in these Terms.

• "Operator" means any third-party online gambling or gaming operator to which the Platform may provide informational links or references. pk3s is not the Operator of any gambling service.
• "Services" means the informational, educational and entertainment services provided by pk3s through the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, ordinances and rules applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as further described in the pk3s Privacy Policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that may be required by an Operator prior to permitting a User to deposit, wager or withdraw funds.

Access to and use of the pk3s Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for informational or entertainment purposes only.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have read and understood all relevant legal restrictions that may apply to online gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan, and any applicable provincial legislation.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which accessing gambling-related information is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a person who has been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform for any reason, without pk3s's express written consent to re-access.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.

Certain features of the pk3s Platform may require you to create a registered account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to maintain and update your information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify pk3s immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. pk3s shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account registration does not constitute a gambling account. Any gambling accounts, deposits, withdrawals or wagering activities are managed exclusively by the relevant Operator on their own platform and under their own terms. pk3s accepts no responsibility for any actions taken by third-party Operators.

By using the pk3s Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit any other person's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates Applicable Law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, or any other relevant Pakistani or international legislation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any server on which the Platform is hosted, or any database, system or network connected to the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation from pk3s.
• Transmitting any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, phishing content or malicious code via the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Posting, sharing or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal activity.

pk3s reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use policy and to take any action it deems appropriate, including the suspension or termination of accounts and reporting of unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

pk3s is an informational and entertainment platform and does not process financial transactions, accept deposits, hold user funds or facilitate withdrawals of any kind. All financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals and wagering — are conducted exclusively on third-party Operator platforms under those Operators' own terms, conditions and payment policies.

References to Pakistani payment methods on the pk3s Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made solely for educational and informational context. These references are intended to help Pakistani users understand what types of payment rails they may encounter when using third-party operator platforms. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of the named payment providers, nor do they imply that these providers support or permit gambling transactions.

Users are solely responsible for understanding the terms and policies of any payment method they choose to use on a third-party Operator platform, including any transaction fees, processing windows, limits and verification requirements that may apply. pk3s accepts no liability for disputes arising from payment transactions conducted on third-party platforms.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view the Content on the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any Content without the prior written consent of pk3s;
• Modify, create derivative works of or commercially exploit any Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice from any Content;
• Use any pk3s branding, logos or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an affiliation with pk3s without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk3s intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable law and may result in civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by pk3s.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk3s, its officers, directors, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content published thereon.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, pk3s expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any financial loss, gambling debt, or adverse outcome arising from gambling activity conducted on any third-party Operator platform;
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness or outdated nature of any informational or educational Content published on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of access to the Platform, howsoever caused;
• Any loss or damage arising from the transmission of viruses, malware or other harmful code in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any reliance placed by a User on any Content, guide, glossary entry, bonus description or payment method reference published on the Platform;
• Any action taken by a third-party Operator, payment provider or financial institution in connection with a User's gambling or payment activity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pk3s makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components.

The collection, use, storage and protection of your Personal Data in connection with your use of the pk3s Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. pk3s is committed to protecting your privacy and to handling your Personal Data with care, transparency and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. pk3s does not provide legal advice and nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice. pk3s does not claim to be licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing and using this Platform and engaging in any online gambling activity in their jurisdiction.

Where references to international licensing or regulatory jurisdictions appear on the Platform in connection with third-party Operators, such references relate solely to the jurisdiction in which that Operator holds its licence and do not constitute a representation that such licensing confers lawful status on gambling activity within Pakistan.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable general legal principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to resolution by means agreed upon by the parties and in accordance with Applicable Law.

pk3s reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, unless a different effective date is expressly stated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the pk3s Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Platform where reasonably practicable.

pk3s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information in connection with your account or use of the Platform;
• Your use of the Platform is, or is suspected to be, in violation of Applicable Law;
• pk3s reasonably believes that your use of the Platform poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform or other Users;
• A regulatory or legal authority requires pk3s to restrict or terminate your access.

Upon termination of your access to the Platform, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation the intellectual property, limitation of liability, and legal jurisdiction clauses — shall continue to apply following termination.

You may also request the deletion or deactivation of your pk3s account at any time by contacting us through the Help Center. Requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
